The contemporary economic conditions, which depend on the rate of development in information and communication technologies (ICT), are changing the way in which businesses operate and are managed. Today, challenges to businesses
are posed not just by what their competition is doing but also by the need to use new technologies well and to find one’s place in the new realm of the Internet environment. From the point of view of a business person, in the daily business
operation, next to contacts with one’s customers it is increasingly more important to know how to apply new technologies effectively.
